Biography :
Brenda Leigh Wells is an Associate Broker and Office Manager who first became licensed in 2002. She later passed the Real Estate Broker's exam in 2006 and again in 2019. As a Realtor®, she is very focused on providing exceptional service to her clients, assisting them every step of the way making their home buying and/or selling experience as smooth as possible.
As a native Baltimorean, Brenda is knowledgeable of the city landscape and history. As manager of Maizon Real Estate, she brought years of experience in the real estate industry. Brenda currently assists with managing the daily operations of United Real Estate Executives (UREE) as the "Office Manager". In addition, Brenda has an extensive background in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, human resources, and administration. She also is a Maryland Notary Public and Settlement Officer for title companies. She has also produced and hosted many episodes of online radio and television shows that focus on educating the public regarding real estate matters. She is a dedicated agent who believes the key to homeownership and property sales starts with education therefore, she takes a personal approach with clients in educating them throughout the entire home buying and selling process.

She works extensively to help Buyers and Sellers meet their real estate goals with the execution of her negotiating skills.
